Khampaeng Panyathong is a Seattle native and graduate from the Culinary Academy at North Seattle.
He is a first generation Laotian-American with an abundance of restaurant operating and opening experience and has a well-rounded knowledge of cooking styles tailor-made for Seattle’s current economic climate.
In addition to being an experienced and respected chef in the Seattle area, Khampaeng has also mastered the art of Chinese hand pulled noodles, runs a small family-owned sausage business.
