Sandra's Teaching Style & Approach
How do you present materials to your students?
I like to present materials in a step-by-step process.
When introducing a new technique, I present some completed examples and then demonstrate each step, giving instruction and guidance as needed.
How do you work with and interact with your students?
I try to create a relaxed and non-intimidating classroom atmosphere.
Students are encouraged to use their unique experiences and backgrounds to create their own style.
What kind of classroom dynamic do you promote?
I encourage students to ask questions and feel free to make suggestions.
As the instructor, I feel it is my role to introduce an impart new techniques and skills.
My students are free to implement and create, based on what they have learned.
