Compassion is a mind that cherishes other living beings and wishes to release them from suffering.

In general, everyone already has some compassion, but it may be somewhat inconsistent or limited.

Experience this training in meditation to extend and deepen your innate compassion, leading to a more peaceful mind and more harmonious relationships.

Learn meditation techniques that will allow you to develop a personal independent meditation practice that could benefit you for a lifetime.

Develop tools for overcoming distractions during meditation.

Learn key Buddhist approaches to developing greater compassion in this workshop.
