Class Overview

Meditations - Continuing Education at Seattle Central College

Everyone wants to be happy and to be free from suffering, yet happiness remains elusive while suffering and problems come naturally.

Wisdom can be defined as a spiritual path that, when followed and practiced, releases the mind from delusions, or distorted ways of looking at oneself, other people, and the world around us.

By cultivating wisdom, we begin to overcome the delusions that cause unwanted suffering and learn to make positive choices that lead to happiness.
